How fast do you reply?
Usually within an hour. If your message lands outside our working hours, you will hear from us the next morning. For anything urgent, WhatsApp is quickest.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your idea is sensitive, say so in your message and we will send one before any technical discussion.
What if I’m not sure exactly what I want yet?
That is the most common starting point. Tell us what is broken or missing today and we will take it from there. The free scoping call exists for exactly this.
What’s the smallest project you take on?
The smallest project we take on is $5,000. A first version usually costs $8,000 to $12,000, and most full projects land between $10,000 and $30,000. If you are below that, we will point you to a no-code route or a guide that helps.
You’re based in Lahore. How does that work for my time zone?
Our co-founders split the time zones between them, so US, UK, EU and Australian hours are all covered. i-mve in the UK and our parking client in Australia have worked with us for years.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply, usually with a couple of questions or times for a 30-minute call. After the call you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed quote, usually within about 48 hours.
