How fast do you respond?

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, always. We sign before any technical discussion if you ask. Most clients don't need it at the inquiry stage, but if your idea is sensitive, just say so in the message and we'll send one before the first call.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I want yet?
That's the most common situation. You don't need a spec — you need a problem statement. 'Here's what's broken in our current process' or 'here's the gap I'm trying to fill.' We'll take it from there. The scoping call is exactly for this.
What if my budget is small?
Our minimum engagement for new builds is $15k. Below that the project economics don't work — we'd be cutting corners we're not willing to cut. If you're pre-budget, ask us and we'll point you toward the right no-code tools for early validation.
You're based in Pakistan. How does that work for US/UK/AU clients?
We run overlap hours with US EST/PST, UK GMT, and AU AEST. i-mve is London-based, Parkezi is in Sydney — both have worked with us for years. Being in Lahore means senior engineers at 40–60% of UK/US rates. Time zones haven't been the issue.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most projects start with a scoping call, then a written estimate within 48 hours. We work in 2-week sprints with a shared board, weekly demos, and a direct Slack channel to the team — no account managers in the middle. You see progress every week.
