Who we are
This policy applies to Teamseven (Pvt) Ltd ("Teamseven", "we", "us"), a software development company based in Lahore, Pakistan, and to our website teamseven.ltd. For the personal data described here, Teamseven is the data controller.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and consultation forms: your name, email address, company name, country, and whatever you tell us about your project, such as a description, budget range, timeline, and how you heard about us.
- Guide downloads: your name, work email, company, and your consent to receive the guide and related emails.
- Direct messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, and approximate location. Clarity can replay anonymised sessions and masks form inputs by default. Without your consent, Clarity does not load, and Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that sets no analytics cookies.
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes device and interaction data to tell people from bots.
- Server logs: like any website, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting.
We don't ask for, and please don't send us, sensitive data such as health records or payment card details through our website forms.

International transfers
Our team works from Pakistan, and some of our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where your data moves outside the UK or EU, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, and we limit access to people who need it to help you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: kept for as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client records: kept for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as accounting and legal requirements need.
- Email subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU, and several US states, you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data.
- Object to or restrict how we use it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, for emails or analytics, without affecting what happened before.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
Email business@teamseven.ltd and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data-protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
Security
Form submissions travel over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to help you. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
