Each engineer has a monthly rate that depends on the role, the stack and the experience you need, so we do not publish a price list. Book a 30-minute call, tell us who you need, and you get the number in writing. There are no recruitment fees, and hourly work is available on request for smaller pieces of work.
What is IT staff augmentation?
You add outside engineers to your own team for as long as you need them. They join your stand-ups, tools and repository, you manage the work, and we handle hiring, payroll and cover. It suits teams that already have a technical lead and need more capacity than they can hire quickly.
What does AI-native mean for the engineers you add?
They use AI coding assistants every day for drafting, tests and refactoring, and they still read, run and own everything they ship. You decide which AI tools may see your code. Our AI-native engineers page covers how we handle quality and security.
What is the difference between staff augmentation and a dedicated team?
With staff augmentation, our engineer joins your team and you manage their work. With a dedicated team, we manage the engineers and own delivery, and you set the priorities. The monthly rate per engineer is the same.
What hours do your engineers work?
We split working hours across the team to overlap with US, UK and Australian clients. We agree the overlap hours for your team before anyone starts.
How do you hire your engineers?
We look at their final-year project and their fundamentals, then give them two months to learn the stack we need. We watch whether they are curious or frustrated when things get hard, and decide from there.
What if it isn’t working out?
Tell Rehan or Nabeel directly. We will talk to the engineer, swap them, or wind down with the notice we agreed.
Who owns the code?
You do. At handover you get the Git repositories and written documentation. There is nothing tying the software back to us, so you can take it to an in-house team whenever you like.
Who will I talk to, and how often?
Rehan, one of our two founders, is your day-to-day contact. You get updates on Slack twice a week and can see the code in your repository at any time. We split working hours between us to cover US, UK and Australian time zones, and we usually reply within an hour, sometimes the next morning.
