Teamseven is a custom software company founded in 2017 by Muhammad Nabeel and Muhammad Rehan Ijaz. We build SaaS platforms, CRMs, and AI products for businesses in the US, UK, EU, and Australia, with a small senior team, fixed-scope quotes, and source code you own outright.

Two people. One bet.
The bet was simple: most software agencies were charging too much, moving too slowly, and shipping things nobody actually wanted to use. We thought we could do it better.
We were right about the market. We were naive about nearly everything else.
The first two years were a masterclass in what good software actually requires: not just engineers who can ship fast, but engineers who understand the business they're building for. That distinction took us a while to learn, and it's now the thing that separates us from most of the agencies in this market.

Senior engineers ship faster than juniors with shortcuts, every time
We've heard the pitch: hire cheaper, move faster. It works until the first real deadline or production bug. A senior engineer writes less code and ships more product. We staff senior. Not altruism: it's the only way to deliver on time. It's also why clients embed our engineers directly in their own teams, not just hire us for fixed-scope builds.
Saying no to bad-fit projects is how good agencies stay good
We turn work down. Regularly. Projects below a certain size, pure marketing sites, no-code builds, anything where the client wants a vendor rather than a partner. It's not snobbery. It's how we avoid becoming the kind of agency we built this to replace.
The boring technical choice is usually the right one
We reach for Angular, Node.js, .NET, React Native, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Proven stacks with large communities, good tooling, and ten years of Stack Overflow answers. We don't rewrite in the latest framework to keep it interesting. That's your money.
Transparency isn't a value. It's a business advantage
We tell clients when something's going wrong before they ask. We tell them when their idea has a problem we can see coming. That costs us a few projects upfront. It's why most of our new work comes from clients coming back or referring someone.

Five engineers plus a UI/UX designer, led by the two founders. We don't scale with junior hires to look bigger: the person who scopes your project is the person who ships it.
Runs the technical side: architecture, stack selection, engineering standards, and delivery. Eight years full-stack across Angular, Node, .NET, and React Native. Hands-on by choice, not necessity.

Where is Teamseven based?
Our team is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and works remotely with clients in the US, UK, EU, and Australia. The two co-founders split their working hours so every client has overlap with someone senior in their own business day.
Who owns the code you build?
You do. At handover you get the full Git repository, documentation, and access to every account the system runs on. We build from scratch, so there are no template licences or seats tying you to us.
How big is the team?
Five engineers plus a UI/UX designer, led by the two co-founders, who both stay involved in delivery. We keep the team deliberately small and senior rather than adding junior hires to look bigger.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Custom SaaS platforms, CRMs and operations software, AI integrations, and mobile apps, usually for founders and operations-heavy businesses. We turn down pure marketing sites and no-code builds.
Do you sign NDAs?
