Most agencies hide pricing because it makes sales harder. We show it because it filters out projects we can't help with — and saves everyone time.
The ranges above are honest. Here's what pushes a project toward the top or bottom of each.
The clearer your requirements, the lower the risk buffer we need to build in. A well-defined spec can save you 15–20% versus "we'll figure it out as we go."
Every third-party API (Stripe, Twilio, ERP, accounting software) adds build time and ongoing maintenance surface. One or two is fine. Eight is a different project.
HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 readiness — these aren't just checkboxes. Each one adds architecture decisions, audit logging, encryption at rest, and sometimes external audits that aren't in our scope.
A web app is one surface. A React Native or Flutter mobile app alongside it is effectively a second build that shares your API. Expect 30–50% more time when mobile is in scope from day one.
A functional UI built on a solid design system (we use Angular Material or a custom component library) is fast. Custom animations, complex data visualisation, and pixel-perfect brand work cost more time.
We'd rather you know this now than find out in month four.
AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure is billed directly to you. We set it up, document it, and hand it over — it's your account, your bill. Typical SaaS hosting runs $200–$2,000/month depending on traffic and data volume.
Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Intercom — any service you use has its own pricing. We integrate them; you pay for them. We'll tell you the estimated monthly cost during scoping.
Apple Developer Programme ($99/year) and Google Play ($25 one-time) are yours to set up. We handle the submission, but the accounts and fees are yours.
We can build SOC 2-ready architecture and produce the documentation you need for an audit. But the audit itself — and the certification body's fee — is a separate engagement with a compliance firm. We can recommend a few.
Because hidden pricing wastes everyone's time. If our ranges don't fit your budget, better to know now than after two calls and an NDA. We've worked with enough clients to know that projects where budget is misaligned from the start rarely end well for anyone.
Fixed-scope for MVP and Full SaaS builds. We agree on scope upfront, price it, and hold to it. The dedicated team model is a monthly retainer — you pay for the engineers, not individual tasks. No surprise invoices.
Scope changes happen. We handle them with a simple change order process: you request the change, we estimate the cost and time impact, you approve or decline. Nothing gets built without sign-off. We don't nickel-and-dime small adjustments — only meaningful scope expansions get a change order.
Our minimum for a new product build is $35k (MVP tier). Below that, the economics don't work — we'd be cutting corners we're not willing to cut. If you're pre-funding and want to validate fast, we're happy to talk through what's realistic. Sometimes the honest answer is 'start with no-code, then come back.'
Yes. Standard split is 40% upfront, 40% at mid-point milestone, 20% on delivery. For larger engagements ($150k+), we can structure monthly milestones. We don't start work without the first payment cleared.
USD. Most of our clients are in the US, UK, and Australia — we invoice in USD by default. If you're in the UK or AU, we can invoice in GBP or AUD at the current rate.
Tell us what you're building. We'll give you an honest range and tell you if we're the right fit. No slides, no sales rep — you talk to the engineers.
