We're a South-Asia-based team building for founders and businesses in the US, UK, and Australia. You get senior engineers at a fraction of Western agency rates — and we publish those rates so you can decide if we fit before you ever get on a call.
Fixed-scope quotes · No hourly-billing surprises · US / UK / AU clients since 2017
A US or UK agency charges $120–$250 an hour. A large part of that is location — office rent in expensive cities, Western salaries, and layers of account managers. We're based in South Asia, so our cost base is genuinely lower. That's the entire reason our rates are lower. The engineers, the process, and the quality bar are not.
Our senior engineers have shipped multi-tenant SaaS, payment systems, and enterprise platforms used by hundreds of companies. The rate reflects where we're based — South Asia, not Silicon Valley — not a compromise on who writes your code.
No account manager sitting between you and the build, marking up every hour. You speak directly with the people writing the code. That removes a cost layer and a communication layer at the same time.
South Asia overlaps with UK mornings and Australian afternoons, and we hold dedicated overlap hours for US clients. Offshore rates without the "we'll reply tomorrow" delay that usually comes with them.
Fixed-scope quotes in USD. We agree the scope upfront, price it, and hold to it — the number below is the honest range for each tier, before a requirements conversation narrows it down.

A focused first version that proves the idea works and puts something real in front of users. One core workflow, clean design, deployed and usable.
A production-ready platform built for real customers — multi-tenant, integrated, and ready to charge for. This is what most businesses need once the idea is validated.
Larger platforms replacing multiple systems, with data migration, complex permissions, and compliance requirements. Delivered and priced one phase at a time.
Prices in USD. UK and Australian clients can be invoiced in GBP or AUD at the current rate. Standard payment split is 40% upfront, 40% at mid-point, 20% on delivery.
We're not the cheapest option, and we're upfront about why. Here's an honest read of the trade-offs.
If your budget is under $6k, we'll tell you honestly — sometimes the right answer is to start with a no-code tool and come back once the idea has traction.
The ranges above are honest. Here's what pushes a project toward the top or bottom of each.
The clearer your requirements, the smaller the risk buffer we build in. A well-defined spec can save 15–20% versus "we'll figure it out as we go."
Every third-party API — Stripe, Twilio, an ERP, accounting software — adds build time and a maintenance surface. One or two is routine. Eight is a different project.
HIPAA, GDPR, or SOC 2 readiness aren't checkboxes. Each adds architecture decisions, audit logging, and encryption work that takes real time.
A React Native or Flutter app next to your web app is effectively a second build sharing your API. Expect 30–50% more time when mobile is in scope from day one.
We'd rather you know this now than find out in month four.
AWS, GCP, or Azure runs on your own account and your own bill. We set it up, document it, and hand it over. Typical SaaS hosting is $50–$500/month early on, depending on traffic.
Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, and similar services each have their own pricing. We integrate them; you pay them directly. We'll estimate the monthly cost during scoping.
Apple Developer Program ($99/year) and Google Play ($25 one-time) stay in your name. We handle submission; the accounts and fees are yours.
We build SOC 2- or ISO 27001-ready architecture and the documentation an audit needs. The audit itself, and the certifier's fee, is a separate engagement — we can recommend firms.
Location, not skill. We're based in Pakistan, so our cost base — salaries, office overhead, city rent — is genuinely lower than a firm in London or San Francisco. A Western agency charging $120–$250 an hour is largely charging you for where they sit. Our engineers have shipped multi-tenant SaaS, payment systems, and enterprise platforms used by hundreds of companies. You get that work at a fraction of the price because our costs are a fraction of theirs.
Because hidden pricing wastes everyone's time. If our ranges don't fit your budget, it's better to know now than after two calls and an NDA. We've worked with enough clients to know that projects where budget is misaligned from the start rarely end well for anyone.
Fixed-scope. For MVP, Full SaaS, and phased enterprise builds we agree the scope upfront, price it, and hold to it — no surprise invoices. Our senior hourly rate ($18–$35) is published only so you can sense-check the value; the actual engagement is quoted as a fixed number.
Scope changes happen. We handle them with a simple change-order process: you request the change, we estimate the cost and time impact, you approve or decline. Nothing gets built without sign-off, and we don't nickel-and-dime small adjustments — only meaningful scope expansions get a change order.
Our minimum for a new product build is around $6k (MVP tier). Below that the economics don't work — we'd be cutting corners we're not willing to cut. If you're pre-funding and want to validate fast, we're happy to talk through what's realistic. Sometimes the honest answer is 'start with a no-code tool, then come back.'
No — and we understand why you'd ask. The rate reflects our cost base, not a cheaper process. Every build gets senior engineers, code review, testing, and a proper deployment. We've maintained platforms in continuous development for five to seven years; the i-mve operations platform has run since 2017. Cheap freelancers who charge $2k for an MVP are a different thing entirely — no team, no process, and a rewrite bill that usually lands on you later.
Yes. The standard split is 40% upfront, 40% at the mid-point milestone, and 20% on delivery. For larger phased engagements we can structure monthly milestones. We don't start work until the first payment has cleared.
USD by default. Most clients are in the US, UK, and Australia, and we can invoice in GBP or AUD at the current rate. On time zones: Pakistan overlaps with UK mornings and Australian afternoons, and we hold dedicated overlap hours for US clients — so offshore pricing without the day-long reply delay.
30 minutes. No slides. We'll look at what you're building and give you an honest range — and tell you plainly if we're not the right fit.
