We built E2P+SEND, which tracks children from early years through primary using observations and photos, with SEND records staff and parents can both see. It was used by 352 UK schools before the business was sold.

In early years, progress is shown through observations and photos, not test scores. Teachers capture those moments through the day, and the record builds from there into primary.

No. The business was sold by our client, so we no longer work on it. It was used by 352 UK schools, with around 700,000 staff, parents and students on the system.
How do you handle security?
Every build follows the OWASP Top 10, with encryption for sensitive data and two-factor login included as standard. We have built systems that follow GDPR and HIPAA data-handling rules. We hold no security certifications, and we will say so if an auditor asks.
How much does school software cost?
The smallest project we take on is $5,000. Platforms with observations, progress tracking and parent access usually land between $10,000 and $30,000.
What happens after launch?
Bug fixes are free for two months. After that, maintenance is $700 a month. New features are quoted as you need them, or you can have a dedicated engineer from $2,500 a month.
Who owns the code?
You do. At handover you get the Git repositories and written documentation. There is nothing tying the software back to us, so you can take it to an in-house team whenever you like.
Who will I talk to, and how often?
Rehan, one of our two founders, is your day-to-day contact. You get updates on Slack twice a week and can see the code in your repository at any time. We split working hours between us to cover US, UK and Australian time zones, and we usually reply within an hour, sometimes the next morning.
