Software we've built for US and international clients

Sound familiar?

Why US teams come to us

If one of these is your situation, this is how we handle it.

A US agency quoted a rate that eats the whole budget before the first sprint.

Senior talent at offshore rates. Years of production experience on US and UK products, plain-English communication, and real overlap with EST through PST. Fixed-price, scoped before we start.

You have a roadmap for the year and no team to build it.

A dedicated pod or embedded engineers. The same senior people who shipped COMPASS for Ball State and the software behind Sharewear, on your roadmap, in your overlap hours. See dedicated development team.

You handle health or payment data and need it built right.

Compliance-aware architecture. OWASP Top 10 as a baseline, plus HIPAA-aligned data handling where it applies. COMPASS was built to the data-handling requirements of clinical research at an accredited US university.

A previous build stalled and the team that started it is gone.

We audit, then take over delivery. A straight assessment of what is salvageable, then fixed-price phased recovery. See software project rescue.

AI Technology Partner

Built by AI-native engineers, so AI is a feature ticket, not a rebuild

Every build we deliver for a US client is architected so language-model features go into your data and workflow when you want them. We design the schema, APIs, and event streams for it from phase one. It is how we built our own products, Tully AI and Mebag.

LLM features in your platform

In-app copilots, drafting, and summarisation wired into the product your team already uses, with humans in control.

Ask your own data

RAG over your records, so a plain-language question returns a grounded answer.

Agents that take actions

Multi-step workflows wired into your systems, with guardrails, evals, and human approval on anything sensitive.

Shipped with prompt versioning, eval suites, and guardrails. See how we build AI →

Why Teamseven

Why US companies work with Teamseven

The same reason our US clients come back for their next project: we treat your product like it's our own, we communicate in plain English, and we ship what we say we'll ship.

Time zone coverage

We work across US time zones. Our team maintains overlap with EST, CST, MST, and PST for standups, demos, and urgent communication. You won't be waiting until tomorrow morning for answers.

US-standard contracts

We work with US-standard NDAs, IP assignment agreements, and project contracts. Intellectual property transfers to you on final payment. No ambiguity about who owns what you paid to build.

Senior talent at offshore rates

Our rates are a fraction of a typical US agency's rate for comparable senior talent, without the trade-off in quality. Our engineers bring years of production experience on US and UK products.

How We Work

How a US build actually runs

The same track on every engagement. You always know which phase you're in and what unlocks the next one.

1

Scoping call & proposal

A 30-minute working session in your time zone. We map the problem and the outcome, then send a fixed-price proposal with a clear scope and timeline, usually within two working days.

2

Kickoff & onboarding

A kickoff call with the engineers doing the work. Access and accounts set up in week one, a shared Slack channel, and an agreed weekly rhythm in EST–PST hours.

3

Design & technical planning

Scope turned into screens, a data model, integration points, and a build order. You review and sign off before code starts in earnest.

4

Build & weekly review

Development in weekly cycles, twice-weekly written updates, and a working environment you can click through. Scope changes are documented and priced as they happen, not saved for the final invoice.

5

Launch & handover

Production deployment with CI/CD, monitoring, and error tracking. Full Git access, a documentation file, and two months of free bug fixes on what we built.

6

Iterate or hand off

Most clients move to a monthly retainer for the next features, prioritised against real usage. You can also take the codebase fully in-house, or pause.

FAQ

Common questions from US clients

Are you able to work with US time zones?

Yes. We maintain overlap with US East Coast and West Coast time zones for daily standups, sprint reviews, and ad-hoc communication. For urgent issues, our team is reachable outside standard hours.

How do contracts and IP ownership work?

We use standard professional contracts with full IP assignment to the client on final payment. We're comfortable with NDAs and work-for-hire agreements. All code and deliverables are yours.

Do you accept USD payments?

Yes. We invoice in USD and accept payment via bank transfer, wire, and most major payment platforms. No currency conversion overhead for US clients.

How do I get started?

Book a free 30-minute consultation. We'll talk through your project, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and if not, why not.

Can you build AI features into our software?

Yes, and we architect for it from the start. Our engineers are AI-native: LLM features, RAG over your own data, and agents that take actions all drop in as a feature ticket rather than a rewrite. When we build AI in, it ships with prompt versioning, eval suites, and guardrails. It is the same approach we used for our own products, Tully AI and Mebag.
