Pupil information is spread across the MIS, spreadsheets and shared drives.
Progress, evidence and SEND records kept together on the pupil’s record, so nobody rebuilds the picture before a meeting.
We built E2P+SEND, a school platform used by 352 UK schools, with around 700,000 staff, parents and students on it. If your school or trust needs software built around how it works, we know the ground.
One record, five audiences: teachers, SEND staff, parents, leaders and inspectors all read it differently.
A school record is written by teachers in spare minutes and read by people who need very different things from it. Parents want to see their own child. Leaders want the picture across classes and schools. SEND staff need plans and reviews in the same place.
Get the permissions wrong and you either hide what people need or show what they must not see. In E2P+SEND, each role saw only its part of each child’s record, and sensitive data was encrypted.
The problems businesses in this industry bring to us most.
Pupil information is spread across the MIS, spreadsheets and shared drives.
Progress, evidence and SEND records kept together on the pupil’s record, so nobody rebuilds the picture before a meeting.
Parents ring and email because they can’t see what is happening.
Parents see their own child’s progress. E2P+SEND had parents, staff and students on the same platform.
Trust leaders can’t compare schools without asking each one for a spreadsheet.
Each school works in its own space, and leaders see the combined picture with the same definitions everywhere.
You hold children’s SEND and medical data.
Role-based access enforced in the data layer, encryption and audit trails, and a Data Processing Agreement for the data we handle.
Software for schools, multi-academy trusts and the companies that serve them.
Progress, evidence and notes per pupil, class and school.
E2P+SEND: 100,000+ students.
Parents see their own child’s record and updates, without another app nobody opens.
Support plans, reviews and evidence kept with the pupil’s progress.
One view across schools for leaders and governors.
Role-based access, encryption and audit trails for children’s data under UK GDPR.
Numbers are as reported by the clients. We say plainly which ones we still work with.

Schools track what each child learns from early years through primary, with observations, photos and SEND records that staff and parents can both see.

A platform for a PhD-led autism programme. Trainers, consultants, teachers and parents follow each child’s plan through surveys, consultations and coaching over a year.
The same steps on every project. You approve designs before we write code.
Bring the problem and how you handle it today. We ask questions and tell you honestly what we would build first. We won’t pitch at you.
What is in scope, what goes on the backlog, the stack we’d use and why, the timeline and one price.
A kick-off meeting, a shared Slack channel and access to the repository. Rehan is your day-to-day contact.
We design the main screens and journeys first. Nothing gets coded until you have signed the designs off.
We agree the architecture before writing code, then build with updates twice a week on Slack. Any new request is logged as extra hours and reported weekly.
Deployed to production with your Git repositories and documentation handed over. Bug fixes are free for the first two months.
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. Every project is a fixed quote, in writing, after a 30-minute call.
After the free two months, monthly maintenance is available. New features are quoted as you need them, or you can add a dedicated engineer. Book a call and we will price both.
Platform-level reviews of the agency, not cherry-picked project comments.
What I love about Team7 is that they always say: No worries, we can find a solution. This is the mindset of builders, creators, people who do not have fear, the partner you need if you want to excel.
Working with Mo and his team over the past year has been nothing short of exceptional. I was admittedly sceptical about investing such a large amount, but results exceeded every expectation.
Their responsiveness and willingness to take on our challenging task were impressive.
They are amazing and consistently exceed expectations. They go above and beyond what is asked of them and their communication is top notch, so much so that we joke that they never sleep. The best of the best.
Straight answers on experience, cost and how we work.
Ask us something elseNot yet. E2P+SEND covered early years through primary. Secondary schools bring needs it did not cover, such as timetables and exams, so on a secondary project we would spend the first weeks learning how your school runs, and we would tell you that upfront.
No. The business was sold by our client, so we no longer work on it. It was used by 352 UK schools, with around 700,000 staff, parents and students on the system.
It depends on what your MIS allows. We ask which one you use and what access it gives before we quote, and if the data can only come out as exports, we design around that rather than promise a live connection.
Every build follows the OWASP Top 10, with encryption for sensitive data and two-factor login included as standard. We have built systems that follow GDPR and HIPAA data-handling rules. We hold no security certifications, and we will say so if an auditor asks.
You get a fixed quote after a 30-minute call, once we have seen what you need. For typical market ranges by region, see our web application cost guide.

You do. At handover you get the Git repositories and written documentation. There is nothing tying the software back to us, so you can take it to an in-house team whenever you like.
Rehan, one of our two founders, is your day-to-day contact. You get updates on Slack twice a week and can see the code in your repository at any time. We split working hours between us to cover US, UK and Australian time zones, and we usually reply within an hour, sometimes the next morning.
A 30-minute call. Tell us who writes the records and who needs to read them.
