Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, which i-mve supports today. Other packages with a proper API are possible; we check the API before quoting.
Is it one-way or two-way?
Whichever your process needs. Usually invoices and customers go from your system to the accounts, and payment status comes back.
What does it cost?
The smallest project we take on is $5,000. A sync with one package often sits near that; several packages, or integration inside a larger build, usually lands between $10,000 and $30,000.
How do you handle security?
Every build follows the OWASP Top 10, with encryption for sensitive data and two-factor login included as standard. We have built systems that follow GDPR and HIPAA data-handling rules. We hold no security certifications, and we will say so if an auditor asks.
Who owns the code?
You do. At handover you get the Git repositories and written documentation. There is nothing tying the software back to us, so you can take it to an in-house team whenever you like.
What happens after launch?
Bug fixes are free for two months. After that, maintenance is $700 a month. New features are quoted as you need them, or you can have a dedicated engineer from $2,500 a month.
Who will I talk to, and how often?
Rehan, one of our two founders, is your day-to-day contact. You get updates on Slack twice a week and can see the code in your repository at any time. We split working hours between us to cover US, UK and Australian time zones, and we usually reply within an hour, sometimes the next morning.
