Internal tool to SaaS

You built it for your business. Now sell it to your industry.

The best SaaS ideas often start as one company’s own system. i-mve began that way and is now used by 510 removals companies. We turn your internal tool into a product other businesses can sign up for and pay for.

You’re probably here because…

How this usually starts.

Other firms in your industry keep asking to use your system.

That’s how i-mve started.

A removals firm had a system for its own jobs, staff and invoices. Other firms wanted it. It is now sold on subscription to 510 companies.

The system is full of settings and data that only make sense for your company.

We separate you from your customers.

Each customer gets their own data, settings, branding and users, and your company becomes one customer among many.

You don’t want to onboard every new customer by hand.

Self-serve sign-up and billing.

New companies sign up, pay and set themselves up, with a trial if you want one.

You built the first version with AI tools or a freelancer.

We make it hold.

A UK dentist built a practice app with Claude. We turned it into a multi-tenant SaaS that is now sold to other practices.

Is your tool ready to become a product?

We’re a good fit if

  • Your system already runs your own business day to day
  • Other companies in your industry have asked to use it
  • You want to own the product and the customer data
  • You are ready to support paying customers

We’re probably not if

  • Nobody outside your company has shown interest yet
  • Requests for new features get reported as bugs so they don’t count as scope
  • You mainly need graphic design, video or animation
  • The budget is under $5,000

What I love about Team7 is that they always say: No worries, we can find a solution. This is the mindset of builders, creators, people who do not have fear, the partner you need if you want to excel.

Working with Mo and his team over the past year has been nothing short of exceptional. I was admittedly sceptical about investing such a large amount, but results exceeded every expectation.

They are amazing and consistently exceed expectations. They go above and beyond what is asked of them and their communication is top notch, so much so that we joke that they never sleep. The best of the best.

Common questions

Straight answers on converting a tool into a product.

Ask us something else
Do we have to rebuild the whole system?

Rarely. The screens and workflows usually stay. What changes is underneath: separating each customer’s data, adding sign-up and billing, and building the admin tools.

Can our own company keep using it while you convert it?

Yes. Your company becomes the first tenant on the new platform, and we move you across only when it is ready.

How much does it cost?

A focused conversion is often $8,000 to $12,000. Larger systems with many modules land between $10,000 and $30,000. You get a fixed quote after we have seen the system.

Who owns the code?

You do. At handover you get the Git repositories and written documentation. There is nothing tying the software back to us, so you can take it to an in-house team whenever you like.

What happens after launch?

Bug fixes are free for two months. After that, maintenance is $700 a month. New features are quoted as you need them, or you can have a dedicated engineer from $2,500 a month.

Who will I talk to, and how often?

Rehan, one of our two founders, is your day-to-day contact. You get updates on Slack twice a week and can see the code in your repository at any time. We split working hours between us to cover US, UK and Australian time zones, and we usually reply within an hour, sometimes the next morning.
