Booking and scheduling software

Bookings that happen at 2am without anyone answering the phone.

We built Slotwise, our own booking platform for doctors, physiotherapists and dentists, TableTap’s restaurant reservations, and Rezi24’s online reception for German medical practices. When an off-the-shelf booking tool doesn’t fit your rules, we build one that does.

You’re probably here because…

Booking problems we get asked to solve.

Your phone rings all day with people trying to book.

Self-booking around the clock.

Customers see real availability and book themselves, as Rezi24 lets patients do for German practices.

Off-the-shelf tools can’t handle your rules.

Rules that match how you work.

Appointment types, buffers, rooms, equipment and staff skills, all taken into account.

People book and don’t show up.

Reminders and deposits.

Email and SMS reminders, with deposits or card holds where no-shows cost you money.

Staff calendars and the booking system disagree.

Two-way calendar sync.

Bookings appear in staff calendars, and time blocked there stops new bookings.

What we build

Scheduling that fits your business, not the other way round.

Calendar sync

Two-way sync with the calendars your staff already use.

Slotwise.

Reminders

Email and SMS reminders that cut no-shows.

Deposits and payments

Take a deposit, hold a card or charge in full at booking.

Intake forms

Questions answered before the visit, stored with the booking.

Slotwise.

Staff and multi-location

Rotas, rooms and locations managed from one dashboard.

How a build runs

The same steps on every project. You approve the booking screens before we write code.

  1. Day 1

    A 30-minute call

Bring the problem and how you handle it today. We ask questions and tell you honestly what we would build first. We won’t pitch at you.

  2. Next

    Written proposal and fixed quote

What is in scope, what goes on the backlog, the stack we’d use and why, the timeline and one price.

  3. Week 1

    Onboarding

A kick-off meeting, a shared Slack channel and access to the repository. Rehan is your day-to-day contact.

  4. Design

    Designs you approve

We design the main screens and journeys first. Nothing gets coded until you have signed the designs off.

  5. Build

    Architecture first, then code

We agree the architecture before writing code, then build with updates twice a week on Slack. Any new request is logged as extra hours and reported weekly.

  6. Launch

    Live, handed over, supported

Deployed to production with your Git repositories and documentation handed over. Bug fixes are free for the first two months.

What a booking system costs

Real ranges from our own projects. Your number comes from the call, as a fixed quote.

Typical MVP$8,000–$12,000Accounts, the core workflow, an admin view and approved designs.
Typical project$10,000–$30,000Several user roles, integrations and reporting.
Maintenance$700/monthBug fixes, updates and monitoring once the free period ends.

Included as standard

  • UI/UX design, approved before any code
  • Two-factor login and OWASP Top 10 security practices
  • Deployment to production
  • Git repositories and written documentation
  • Two months of free bug fixes after launch

Not included

  • Payment gateways and other premium integrations, quoted separately
  • Graphic design, video and animation
  • Features added mid-build, logged as extra hours

After the free two months, maintenance is $700 a month. New features are quoted as you need them, or you can have a dedicated engineer from $2,500 a month.

Are we the right team for this?

We’re a good fit if

  • Your booking rules are too specific for off-the-shelf tools
  • You want self-booking, reminders and payments in one place
  • You run several staff, rooms or locations
  • You want to own the system, or sell it to others

We’re probably not if

  • A simple booking link does everything you need
  • Requests for new features get reported as bugs so they don’t count as scope
  • You mainly need graphic design, video or animation
  • The budget is under $5,000

What I love about Team7 is that they always say: No worries, we can find a solution. This is the mindset of builders, creators, people who do not have fear, the partner you need if you want to excel.

Working with Mo and his team over the past year has been nothing short of exceptional. I was admittedly sceptical about investing such a large amount, but results exceeded every expectation.

They are amazing and consistently exceed expectations. They go above and beyond what is asked of them and their communication is top notch, so much so that we joke that they never sleep. The best of the best.

Common questions

Straight answers on cost, calendars and payments.

Ask us something else
What does a booking system cost?

A first version usually costs $8,000 to $12,000. Systems with payments, several locations and staff rotas usually land between $10,000 and $30,000. You get a fixed quote after the call.

Can it sync with Google or Outlook calendars?

Yes. Slotwise syncs with staff calendars in both directions, so bookings show up there and blocked time stops new bookings.

Can we sell the booking system to other businesses?

Yes, if it is built for it. We can make it multi-tenant from the start, so each business has its own branding, data and settings.

How do you handle security?

Every build follows the OWASP Top 10, with encryption for sensitive data and two-factor login included as standard. We have built systems that follow GDPR and HIPAA data-handling rules. We hold no security certifications, and we will say so if an auditor asks.

Who owns the code?

You do. At handover you get the Git repositories and written documentation. There is nothing tying the software back to us, so you can take it to an in-house team whenever you like.

What happens after launch?

Bug fixes are free for two months. After that, maintenance is $700 a month. New features are quoted as you need them, or you can have a dedicated engineer from $2,500 a month.

Who will I talk to, and how often?

Rehan, one of our two founders, is your day-to-day contact. You get updates on Slack twice a week and can see the code in your repository at any time. We split working hours between us to cover US, UK and Australian time zones, and we usually reply within an hour, sometimes the next morning.
